Flavored Olive Oils
Flavored oils are either produced by the Agrumato method or infused. Our Lemon, Rosemary and Tunisian Chili Pepper Olive Oils and others, where indicated, are produced in the Agrumato method through which the whole fruit, pepper or herb is crushed at the same time as the olives.
Infusions, using essential oils of the herbs, fruit, garlic and peppers, for example, are performed just after decanting to ensure long-lasting flavor while maintaining the nutritional balance of the base EVOO.
Our flavored oils will rotate every six months utilizing the freshest EVOO from that particular harvest/season.
