- 1/2 cup cut broccoli
- 1/2 cup cut cauliflower
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup julienne red pepper
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/4 cup FIORE Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbls FIORE Italian Herb Balsamic
Put vegetables in a bowl and drizzle to coat well with olive oil.
Pour onto baking sheet, drizzle with balsamic and roast at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Vary quantities and vegetables as desired.
