Thorough rub in 1 or 2 tsp. per pound of meat – reapply toward end of grilling. Chicken, pork, steak & turkey.
Mix 1 to 2 tbsp. per cup of tomato sauce - add Traditional Balsamic vinegar for some sweetness. Used for Sloppy Joes or as a dipping sauce for wings.
